Valley Crossing is a design build, 72 unit condominium development. It is situated on the West side of Blackfalds, in the subdivision of Valley Ridge Estates. The completed project is comprised of nine buildings; each contains four main floor suites and four upper floor suites ranging from 1,000 square feet to 1,100 square feet

Inside features were chosen with durability and function in mind. Vinyl plank flooring is used throughout the main floor area accompanied by carpet in the bedrooms. The 9' ceilings accentuate the air of the open living space. The two bedroom units and two bathrooms allow for additional privacy.

The appliance package includes stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, self-cleaning range, microwave hood fan combo, and a stackable washer/dryer unit. Each home is fire rated to meet Alberta building codes leaving each unit compartmented from the others. Energy efficiency is obtained with STAR Energy Jeld-Wen windows, metal clad doors, R40 insulation in the attics, R20 insulation in exterior walls, and 2" faux wood blinds on all windows. For additional protection against noise and heat transfer, sound batt insulation is used on interior walls between each unit.

Valley Crossing is an architecturally controlled project. Three complimentary colour schemes and designs are used to make the exteriors stand out. The exterior finishing consists of vinyl siding, and trim, gable shakes, and stone veneer. Main floor units have the added feature of a covered patio built with a stone veneer rock wall finished with vinyl siding on the inside. The second floor units have decks with vinyl railing with glass inserts and dura deck flooring. Parking was designed to allow each unit two reserved stalls along with visitor parking situated on site.

The development is being completed in three phases with pre-construction sales already beginning.
