Valley Crossing is a design build, 72 unit condominium development. It is situated on the West side of Blackfalds, in the subdivision of Valley Ridge Estates. The completed project is comprised of nine buildings; each contains four main floor suits and four upper floor suites ranging from 1,000 square feet to 1,100 square feet.
Tricon’s feature project was a design-build, construction management contract for 9,600 square foot precast office, retail and auto repair shop built in Lacombe, Alberta.
